I have been making my cellphone payments through ECS facility. For a couple of months, the bills were deducted from my bank account. However, this time the BSNL personnel concerned sent the bill to the bank with an incomplete account number. As a result, the payment was not made.
On February 7, my cellphone was disconnected for no fault of mine. Being a journalist, I've been rendered helpless as telephone is a must for me.
