CUSTOMER CARE STAFF NAMED SHANTANU ON 2 NOV 2011 ACTED RUDELY AND FAILED TO CONNECT TO THE SENIOR STAFF. OTHER STAFF ALSO KEPT THE LINE FOR HOLD FOR MINUTE... ALMOST HALF AN HOUR BUT DID NOT CONNECT TO THE SENIOR OFFICERS.
