[Resolved]  BSNL postpaid connection — Problems faced in Number Portability Transfer

I am holding BSNL Postpaid Connection which I want to transfer under Number Portability to Idea. However after making excess payment the Idea authorities request getting rejected by BSNL. Moreover BSNL Customer care is helpless in this regard. Hence my problems needs to be resolved by the concern service provider.
