My BSNL Prepaid mobile number is [protected] I am being charged Rs.25 on 30 th of every month for mobile radio service, never subscribed by me. Every month I am getting message from 1263001 and also Rs.1/day . I have taken the help of customer service on mobile several times and I am given different procedure everytime for deactivation but none works. Please help me. Ramanaraju

Every month I am getting message from 12555025that my account is renewed. I have taken the help of customer service on mobile several times and I am given different procedure everytime for deactivation but none works. Please help me.In cusomer care they given the IVRS no. 12630033... I tryed to call but there is no link to deactived the mobile radio... Take the necessary action on this..

My BSNL Prepaid mobile number is[protected]. I am being charged Rs.25on 08 Dec 10th for mobile radio service, never subscribed by me. I have taken the help of customer service on mobile and I am given different procedure, Plz deactivation mobile radio service. Please help me ASAP..

The same has happend to me.My mobile no.is [protected] and without subscribing two times Rs 50 deducted from prepaid balance for MAA TV subscription.
on calling to customer care no body is responsing This is highly unethical and unfair.

I am pre paid customer of BSNL mobile service. My cell no. is [protected]. BSNl radio station services has activated its services on my cell without my consent automatically and is deducting sum of Rs.20 nearly every month since Nov.2010. I have requested the customer services many times but still the services are not deactivated instead it is insured by the customer care that from the next month it will not be charged. My BSNL Prepaid mobile number is [protected]. BSNL charged Rs.25 for mobile radio service, I never subscribed but I am getting message from ONMOBILE . Please help me How to disconect that.

To unsubscribe BSNL MOBILE RADIO service, just dial 12630000, and 045 immediately after that (do not listen to anything during that call, once dialled 045, you will hear that its unsubscribed and also you will message on your mobile). Which I did and got it unsubscribed!

WHAT CAN I DO? CAN I GO TO LOOK ADALAT, DE ACTIVATE MY RADIO SERVICE AND RETERN TO MY ABOVE AMOUNT OTHER WISE I HAVE RIGHT TO LIGAL AUTHORITIES
