I topped up the prepaid connection on 23/12/10 through internet. The top up was not done and i was assured by bsnl that within 10 days the amount will be credited back to my account.
Despite lapse of more than 20 days still i have not got the refund in my account of the failed topup amount of rs.55/-. Top up made by me on 23/12/2010. Txn no.

I topped up my prepaid connection of bsnl on line for rs.55/- opn 23/12/2010. Top up failed and the bsnl informed that it will be credited back within 10 days. Despite lapse of 20 days i have not got the amount back credited to my account. Even my repeated reminders are not evoking any response from bsnl. Pl. Arrange to get the amount credited back to my account with compensation.

Sir, if the amount is deducted from your bank account and not topedup, the amount will be credited back to your account within 10 working days.

As despite lapse of 15 days i did not get the amount back, i have again lodged complaint as under:
Thanks for your reply. However, despite lapse of more than 15 days the amount has not yet been credtited back to my account. Pl. Look into the matter and immediately remit the amount.
