I am the suffering from BSNL Service. They are charging from me for the listeneing Sanskrit slok which nither i have request nor i am asked by them to provide the service for listening the sanskrit slok and the are charging from me. I have plenty of requested but nobody is listning.

and i am make the call many time customer care but it can't reply properly...
so from where i full fill my quary...

service is very waste because cutting money with reason i have bal-485

my bsnl sim no is [protected] but sim was not working. i can not call anyone through my this sim no.gprs also not working. two months ago, i reacharged with rs.56 but did not get balance.top card serial no is [protected].i complaint for that 4-5 times to customer officer but did not received sufficient reaply. please tell me about that as soon as possible.
BSNL — reason less cutting of currency

Customer care has called me on 5th May and told me that Rs 100/- has been deducted for Downloading but I am 100% sure that I have not downloaded anything. They told me that they cannot do anything regarding this Rs 100/- and ask me to adjust the amount. And also told me to register another complain for Rs 70/-(Docket No[protected].
I have called customer care to solve the issue more than 60 times, they have said your complain is in process it will be solve shortly but till date it has not been solved. From 30th April I am unable to make outgoing call, now I am in a disaster position. Still now my phone balance is -275.84/-
I will be grateful if you solve my problem and revert back my phone balance as early as possible.
