[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Mobile — i made a topup transaction but balance is not added to my mobile

Dear sir/madam,

On[protected], I made a top-up transaction of Rs110 to my mobile through on line( www.ap.bsnl.co.in) . the amount of Rs 110 from my bank account was deducted but balance to my mobile is not added. i complained to the customer care, but they are not responding properly and they are keeping me on hold for hours. i have all the details about my transaction. i don't know whom to approach further.

The moment my outgoing calls comes to an end there is no balance amount shown. Is there any phone set up or barred by BSNL.
Iam attempt a outgoing call then the end of the call how much amount will be charged in to get a SMS facility of all mobile phones this is the best way to satisfy the customers.
