[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Mobile — unlawful deduction of rs 30 per month for dating services i don't want to subscribe

my mobile no is [protected]. i am getting messages from 518190 that your subscription for dating services has been renewed and charged rs 30/for 30 days . i have lost rs 60 so far .i want to unsubscribe it at any cost with immediate effect. i have done everything nsuggested by customer care but of no use. kindley get it rectified immediately

BSNL Mobile — Deduction of 30 Rupees monthly

HI ,

This is pradeep i'm having BSNL SIM with the number [protected]. BSNL is deducting monthly 30 rupees for some Phone backup services. I'm registering complaint for past 3 months and they are telling it will be deactivated and u will get message in 24 hours which is not happened so far.

My september months complaint tracker id is i21ka522711 complaint reg at 21-sep-2011
and
recent one is KA03KA713029 which is register may be on 04-nov-2011
