[Resolved]  BSNL prepaid mobile complaint — wrong debit of my prepaid balance

wrong charges of my prepaid balance of Rs; 05 at 09;51pm dated[protected] from my no;[protected] . banal automatic activation of scheme ;FRENZO;service from no;[protected] .I was request to costumer care for refund of my balance of Rs;05 .but could not get it.it is a fornicate with me .complete enquiry and action on banal .grant me help sir.
