BSNL Prepaid — Deactivate & refund my money
My BSNL Mobile No. [protected]. I wish to deactivate now the fraud SMS allot from 56505 . I had contact BSNL customer care service several times and proceeded accordingly, still I am getting the SMS Alerts from it and they are cutting my money (Rs. 5/ per month) without prior any permission from me. They are autometically renewing it months after months.SMS from 56505 are received regularly on my Mobile Phone No. [protected] whereas I have never opted/ activated for such service which is chargeable. What can I do to deactivate alerts from 56505 ? Kindly stop such bad practice and refund my money immediately. Otherwise I shall go to consumer forum to take legal action.As i am an indian. BSNL involve in this type of rubbery case it is not a good sine for INDIA.which is a most prestigious organisation .

Sir,My mobile No is [protected] and on 17.09.2011 I charged Rs 99/- towards G.P.R.S and Rs 50/- towards top-off and on 18.09.2011 I was informes to Re-charge more. I need detail of my account in this matter.

BSNL — unwanted deduction of prepaid mobile amount
deductions made towards unwanted activations for providing news in my mobile. No deductions or activations should be made without written application.BSNL — Unwanted Money deducted
Respected sir,This is my second mail to you in a gap of 7 days and this itself reflects the importance, I hope.
Dear Sir
The BSNL number [protected] is of women power scheme and used by my wife. Please look in to the many comp[laints registered. We still recieve SMS stating the hot video package will be renewed and Rs. 30/- will be deducted. There are 3 types of such case and Rs. 90/- is deducted from account in a span of 30 days. I think no other information is required further to understand the case. We, genuinely feel that the complaints are not considered seriously because these were registered by women and BSNL taken it as granted and ignores.
Please note that we have never activated or requested for any such cases. So this unwanted money deduction may be stopped immediately or else we are moving ahead with the option for recovery procedures. Thanking you in the hope that an earlier action will be initiated by BSNL. Also please note that we were compelled to use this forum due to ineffective response from your staff.
Till this time, we were very hopeful of a response from the trusted BSNL , but the case has crossed all the limit now.
The landline telephone connection No.251258 having broad-band facility installed in my house is in out-of-order status from 20.10.15 and the same was intimated to Dhanpuri BSNL exchange. But till date no action has been taken in this regard. Further the line connection cable is also quite old and damaged which is having at-least 5-6 joints.
You are requested kindly arrange to rectify the above so that the landline telephone may remain in order and to avail broad-band facility.

bsnl connection — Money Deducted
Dear Sir,I have a BSNL mobile connection no. [protected]. 5 Rs. deducting from my Balance after every 5 days interval. I am not getting any response from the customer case as it is every time showing call wait mode and at last unanswered.
Please check and resolve the problem.
