I m unable to unsubscribe to the SMS service of 12555 which deducts my prepaid balance by Rs. 15 to 30 every month and sending devotional SMS. I have not subscribed to this service. BSNL have started sending SMS by itself. Please ask BSNL to stop this service on my mobile number : [protected]

I am unable to unsubscribe to the SMS service of 12555 (News pack subscription) which deducts my prepaid balance by Rs. 20 every months and sending news SMS on my mobile. I have not subscribed to this service at all but still sffering for the last 4 months. BSNL has started sending SMS by itself. I have lodged so many complants at the number 1503 of BSNL Customer Care and followed procedure told by them. Please ask BSNL to stop this service on my mobile number : [protected].
