Prepaid recharge done on 12 th July 2013 for 300 Rs amount debited from the bank recharge not credited. Following this no topup accepted from the Bsnl portal or from dealer. 1503 consumer complaint number keeps you on hold till you put the phone down in disgust. I have been kept on hold for 15 min at least 5 times. Please tell me how a consumer is expected to complain. Was this information helpful? |
