A month ago I bought USB Modem (NIC) from BSNL with assrance that the product will work effectively in the specific area as I quote. But after installation experience is bad as In my bed room ( Ground Floor) there is no signal for proper functioning resulted into disconnection after use every time. regarding this I lodge a verbal complaint to Sh.Kuldeep Singh (connected with Broad band) Ranjit Avenue Headoffice in Amritsar. Sh.Kuldeep Singh deliver me a Mobile Number [protected] saying that You told your problem to this number.After a long waiting Shri Niwas listen my problem and assured that he will visit the location but aftera week I am sorry nto say that no body visited nor problem solved.
