BSNL — money deducted from my balance for value added service rs 1 store with out activate by me

on dated 20/09/2011 i have receive d message from bsnl {to my cell number [protected]}no[protected]
re 1 sotore service & rs 5 deducted by my balance i have called to bsnl custumer care for resolving the problem but they didnt give me right answer for this value added service when i sent unsub message to 54646 when rs 2 deducted from my balance & total rs 7 i have lost but i didnt apply for this type value added service i saw on internet many people are surfing from this type problem plese do something for resolving the issue because cell companies are deducting charges without any information to custumer
