BSNL — refund amount not sent even after 6 months -BSNL

Sir/Mam, I am ASHA from Chennai. I was surrender my bsnl broadband connection on[protected]. But still they didn't send my refund amount. I asked many time in ADYAR BSNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE.
