Our all lines (239316, 239317, fax - 239928) are not working from last 10 days, even after complaint no [protected] registered and bills payments had been processed on time, still we are facing this problem

I had applied for a new BSNL Broadband connection for my home (ETH-1, Sector-2, BHEL, Ranipur, Haridwar) on 21.07.14, money has been deposited and telephone no. (266657) has been allotted. Now, around 16 days have gone but still no progress has been made and phone not yet installed.
Not getting any positive response from BSNL office on calling there.
This make customer (myself) feels irritated and frustrated over the BSNL.
As me also PSU personnel, I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and get the matter solved at the earliest possible.
