[Resolved]  BSNL Services — not able to unsubscribe from 56505 jokes alert

to deactivate any service dial *456*00#
it shows a list of deactivation code for the activated services
then dial the number displayed to deactivate the service

for example to deactivate bsnl word alerts dial *456*89#

Thanks to Deepu. It worked. I unsubscribe the bsnl gita alert' by dialing *456*72#. Bsnl Gita alert deactivate is done by the same

bsnl playing with people's money by activating services without one's permission...recently on my no ...job alerts service activated...n by then 20 rs /month deducting...how oftn i tried to call customer care...but it seems door is locked for the customers like us...if any one knows how to deactivate this service then plz email me ([protected]@gmail.com)...

Even that sender +51234010 fails to respond to UNSUB sms.Also for each UNSUB smsRs5/ is deducted. Please advise if any legal action can be taken against these unwanted elements.

I activated by typing *456*01# on the mobile on the advise of BSNL customer care center. Now I got the message that Mega Combo alert service is activated and I will be charged Rs. 50 per month. Please let me know how to deactivate it. and on dialing *456*02# for deactivating it is getting that"Hello, you have not subscribed to BSNL Alerts - Mega pack service." don't want to loose my money this month, please tell me any solution

h got automatically activated . I have repeatedly ludge complients to the service center but the service is not deactivated yet & no such action has been taken towards it. I even send an SMS for deactivation on the following number but, the serivce does not support it. Money of my account is affected due to it twice for the services which i have not even demanded. Customer service is very poor it is never available. In bsnl never a problem is been solved. Its my request that my prolem should be solved immediately otherwise I'll go to the court of law. .

i am a bsnl prepaid user of number [protected] unwantedly bsnl aarti has activated on
that number even after contacting through 1503 many times and the various ways told by cutomer care persons the on the name renewal of daily subscription Rs. 2.00 is deducted daily. once on november 12th, at 9.12 pm i was alloted a compain number 6395138 but ofr follow-up of that no contact has been done by the complaint section even after 9 days while i was assured at he time of compain that the problem will be sorted within 48 hrs
please stop the service immediatly
