[Resolved]  BSNL shim — wrong activation of love tips for girl

always love tips for girls is getting activated in mobile no. [protected], I have complain also in the month of february again two times Rs 7/ deducted for renewal of love tips for girls. please get it deactivated immediately . it should not be activate further. I am in pune and not able to connect customer care jharkhand. pune customer care not able to resolve problem as there is no record of jharkhand
