2.unnecessary charge is recovering from me towards bhakthi.portal.i never requested for this.

My mobile No. is [protected] and for more than five years, I am using this number. I am given to understand that the charges at Rs. 12.00 for downloading BSNL ring tunes will have lifetime validity till the same tune is retained by the customer and no renewal charges if the customer does not change the tune. However, every month a sum of Rs. 12.00 is deducted from my prepaid account. Being petty amount, I have just ignored such deductions sofar. The incidence of downloading of tunes is one time unless the customer changes the same and therefore, the above deduction is contrary to the above principle. Hope, BSNL will look into this and stop such deductions at least in future.
