BSNL SIM — sim activation

Dear sir I miss my sim so i blocked my sim for some time . Now i brought same number from bsnl but it is not activated. My current no. [protected]. sim which is blocked [protected].

My mob. No. is [protected]. I am using this sim since lat 4 years. Four days before, all on a sudden, it stopped functioning. The connectivity as shown is nil. I changed the sim to another mobile, same - no connectivity. I booked two complaints to BSNL' 1503. To day is the 4th day, no solution. No response even after enquired. I am very much in trouble.
