BSNL's Attention towards Customers' complaints is very very poor. My Mobile no. is [protected], and I have been trying to activate my unlimited GPRS249 for the last 4 days. But even till todate, it is not yet activated. My account balance is Rs.547/-. Evey time they give a replay that is" My reqest is rejected..." Why this impolite way of addressing. It is a Prepaid service and they are deducting the amount from our account. If it is a free service they can frankly say "Rejected". This sentence is programmed in their computer, hence this may be the reason. Please take immediate action to activate my request
