[Resolved]  BSNL — SMS FACILITY IS NOT WORKING

SMS FACILITY IN MY MOBILE [protected] IS NOT WORKING. I had lodged complain for more than 20 times and as per instruction of customer care centre I change in settings but no improvement found. I changed the SIM card also and issued another SIM with same number from BSNL office.But, no improvement is observed. It is a postpaid mobile in the name Branch Manager State Bank Of India, Athgarh Branch.SMS facility is not working for last 3 years. Till my joining as Branch Manager, I am lodging complains and following up but no improvements are found.Service messages are coming but outgoing message is not at all working and SMS from any BSNL or from other network is not coming. Will you please look into the matter seriously.
