[Resolved]  BSNL — deactivation

My cell no is [protected], I never asked BSNL for activation of cricket updates. But they activated and deducting Rs. 30/ PM. Several times I informed through letter to CGM, and GM (Cellone). No use. Please inform me how to deactivate cricket updates on my prepaid mobile.

I (Ravi kumar) am having a land line number[protected] with A/C no.[protected].Presently my phone was deactivated due to non payment of my previous bill.Actually for the of OCT was Rs.269& NOV was Rs230.Now i had paid total Rs499 at AP-ONLINE franchise Praja E-Seva on[protected] in Mantralayam with Transaction Id was TR[protected].But still today it was not activated.In portal status of bill is pending.I request u sir please activate as early as possible.
