BSNL — taking unnecessary charges | |||
my mobile no- [protected] AMIT RASIKLAL SHAH i inform to bsnl customer care and bsnl customer care email id but they did not reply and when i call customer care center they always reply system problem . i call more than 5 times. and i email to bsnl customer care id more than three times . i recharge amount rs 110 rs in 110 talk time at 15 august 2012 at that time i already have at least 40 rs balance. balance done successful .so at that time balance is arround 150 rs.. but yesterday 20th august all balance gone up. and my balance is now null. i also recharge 25/07/2012 for Internet 98 rs. i like to say that i am not using 2gb still system give answer u have not any data usage. i am not using even 1gb and bsnl system give answer u haven't any balance. firstly bsnl debit charges for message via way2sms.com application in my mobile. i am using android phone and i am using Internet and i send sms through way2sms application not bsnl server so why u take charge. this is purely cheating to me. i want to check all detail in my no. and send my call record and statement of charge. i hope this portal give me justice.
