I bought BSNL modem and broadband connection to work at home part time but I ever since I bought the connection I have been having some with phone or with internet. The phone is very noisy, and my modem restarts frequently. I pay around 1300 per month including broadband and phone, but the service they provide is pathetic. I have tried to complain to BSNL consumer service "1500", but they know only to forward the complaint, their knowledge is just limited to that. Please help what should i do.
