[Resolved]  BSNL — Telephone Dead

i am a regular user of BSNL, pune(yerwada).my telephone number is[protected]. my telephone is dead for the last 2 months.i have given telephonic as well as written complaints but the department is not taking any action.Mr Hardhude is the incharge officer of Khesepark area.
i request you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.i will be greatful to you.

I have lodged a complaint against my telephone no.[protected] which is still lying dead on date through BSNL automatic complaint line no. L0034 dt. 26.6.08 & again lodged a complaint today no. Q0052 dt. 30.6.08 since nobody attended till date. Please look into the matter. The line is just beinig repaired a week ago & again it is lying dead. But BSNL has not dedeucted any amount against their rent for not giving service for those 15 days. I hope their should be a system of deducting rent for the days when the BSNL line is not working / dead due to theri fault.

I have complained throughfault reporting.
There was no response.
I personally went to bsnl office at Jhotwara, Jaipur.
I met SDO Mr. Bhaduria in office and complained him for the dead telephone. He assured me, but no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
If still my complaint is not sorted out,
I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.

My telephone is out of order from 17th july 2008(no dial tone).my telephone no. is[protected].we contact to DET bhagalpur on telephone but there is no response.kindly look at this matter.

BSNL — Telephone dead since last one week

My residence number is[protected]. It is dead since last one week and complaint hs been registered twice in one week. Still it is not rectified.

my landline number[protected] is not working from past 15 days no one is taking care pls. see that some one attend the call.

my telephone one week deed

My landline telephone number[protected] is dead since last 10 days. Complaint has been registered in concerned office 3 times but no result yet.

This is a secound reminder regarding my landline phone is dead from more than 11 days, despite of complaining that, no action has been taken for the rectification, the complaint code which we received by the telephonic complaint is "111" so kindly look into the matter and take the appropriate action, my House Phone No .[protected].

I have allready compalint for the same end numbers of time and allready spoken to the concerned person but he rather seems to be not bothered.
