[Resolved]  BSNL Telephone, Kolkata — Problem in telephone set

Dear Sir,

My land line number is 2532 2968. It is not operational from 09th march'2012. I logged one complaint for the same from Cossipore telephone exchange. My complaint number [protected].
Till date we are facing same problem, no one from telephone exchange came to our place to check the problem.

Can you please check my case in urgent manner. Or can you provide me any reference of higher authority, so that I can put forward my complaint to him/her.
