[Resolved]  BSNL — BSNL landline complaint

We are aged senior citizens, user of BSNL Landline telephone for the past 25 years our subscriber no. is 23717255 is located in chennai area in West Mambalam. The phone is not working since 17/2/2009 and inspite of giving several complaints over net and calling up the exchange, no action has been taken. We inform so many time but till date it is dead... and we are paying also BSNL bill promptly every month. We are aged senior citizens who are put to lot of hardship due to this.

Dear sir,

my landline out going is stop i complaint in exchange, then he replayed me without my permisoan canseld land line number. And me also use bsnl broadband conection so how can is possible without landline use the broadband. so plz recquestly urgent u check the problem and short out problem, i m too taired for the asking my complaints in customer care nobody get reply properly.

My( Nisha Niyas) land line connection is not working more than 3 weeks. We already complainted in Punnavely exchange, Kerala. My Land number is[protected].
My parents are staying alone in my house. we are working out of Kerala. So, very difficult to contact my parents. Sir, please do the needful .

My Land line and Broadband internet connections[protected] are not working since almost two weeks, we are complainted so many times and registered the complaint in the complaint book in Mallappally Telephone Exchange and also my wife has called many times to the exchange to resolve the problem but they are not bothered and not doing anything,
I am working in abroad and I could not able to contact my family and my old perents through the internet or in phone, I am a yearly payment coustomer too, Please make it ok as soon as possible,

Sir can you please tell me what is the reason bebind it or why this is happening almost regular in our BSNL system?,

My land line (TOM THOMAS-[protected]) connection is not working since two day's, Every alternate day's this is happening.For us the telephone connection is coming through over head line, near by houses they have connection through under ground.For us there is cable but not yet connected for this reason we had approached several times in the exchange but no response until now

My parents& my young child is staying in this house, we are living in Calicut.we are facing so much difficulties for communication.So please do the needful as early as possible

My land phone no [protected], E.P.THOMAS, ELANJIMOOTTIL HOUSE, THENGALI PO TIRUVALLA, KERALA is not working properly. I can clearly hear all things my neighbours saying to their relatives and also they can hear my conversions clearly. I reported this to KUTTOOR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, your operator give me a number to call the lineman ([protected])& I called him so many times and he told me he will check it.After one week I complained this to Thiruvalla General Manager office on 15/10/2012 but no response from you.
My parents(aged over70), my wife, & child is staying in this house, i am staying in Saudi Arabia . We are facing so much difficulties due to this, So please do the needful as possible .

I am Biju, an NRI from Qatar, My landline[protected] in Kodumon, Pathanamthitta is not working from 6 / 7 /2013. From that date I made several requests to the concerned authorities through in person, by phone call, by registering email complaints, by writing in the complaint book etc... till now the problem is not solved. This is the only way me to contact my home. That's why I paid the yearly rent in advance. But the department takes the advantages of that and they are not bother about complaint. In this forum I am submits this requests. Please do the needful to me.
