BSNL mobile service — ACTIVATION OF UNWANTED SERVICE AGAIN AND AGAIN
My mobile no. is [protected] provider bsnl which always activate any service without information and amount deducted. I complaint so many time to customer care but no action taken so far. The service of bsnl is very poor. i have changed a my own no. from bsnl to uninor due to not satisfaction of service.j.p.sharma

Same has happened with me, the customer care people are saying that no amount will be debited without your consent however I had never activated or consented for any such service. Furthermore, the customer care is replying that these value added packs are not services of BSNL, such a big cheaters, when the messages received are from BSNL then how can the service be not from BSNL. Rs. 100 has been wasted from my recharges time and again by these unwarranted and non-sense activations.
I will change my sim if this continues. Worst case ever seen till date from BSNL.

BSNL — Activation of VAS automatically and charging money
Automatically GITA service is activated for my mobile ..and charged RS.30...but customer care officers are not responding properly...
it happens Twice before ..
but no refund...
