[Resolved]  BSNL (Up East) Cell No. [protected] — illegal deduction

dear sir,
I am Dr. VYOMESH CHITRAVANMSH advocate from Varanasi. i have complained allready on this site, bvut did not get any result till now.
as i complained that ithere was ilegal deduction from my mail account, i am suffering this problem at [resent time also.
i recharged my above connection no. [protected] on 28 aug 2010 by Rs. 55 recharge coupan no.[protected] 30/06/2011, just after recharged my mobile show the ballance amount , but after 5 mnts it was deducted.
i called to custumer care on 29 aug 2010 about this problem, the customer care support officer told me that his system is showing my ammount and it will credited in my account within 24 hours, but i did not get it at this time also.
noone is online to give the suggestion by BSNL. in complain grivance redressal site BSNL do not provide the email address of their conserning officers.
WHO IS THE BEST NODE TO SOLLVE MY PROBLEM?
