dear sir, i saurabh srivastava using ur prepaid customer, , sir this is the second time my account balance is deducted un willinginly n this not good for me, 30 rupee is deducted from my balance today for something n i really dont know, , , this is a matter of fraud, , bsnl is doing with me a fraud in this thia month aur in may be in december 2011, 20 rupees were also deducted frm my account without my permission for something so plzz do something, , n the most worst thing is that ur customer care number is not get connected everytime, , so plzz its my humble request to u so plzz do something regarding this, my phone no. is [protected], , hoping for the action quickly in this matter, , thanking yours

I, Dr Abdullah has been using your prepaid services for more than 9 years on [protected]. Recently Bollywoodmirchi Tashan from no.[protected] has been activated without my consent, which is greatly annoyable to me. On your cutomer care service no satisfactory response is given. Therefore I request you to kindly stop the said service with immediate effect with reimbursemnt of the charges.

Inspite of reminding the activation o[censored]nwanted service Bollywood mirchi on my no. [protected], once again the same has been renewed without my consent on 02.4.2012 and Rs 20 has been deducted. And moreover for unsubscribe message Rs 2 is further deducted. In this way Rs 42 has been deducted so for. This is great annoyable to me.
Therefore I request you to kindly stop the service immediately with returning money back to my account and no other service would be activated on my number in future. Otherwise I would have been left with no other option to seek suitable legal means.
