[Resolved] BSNL (Up East) , Kanpur — Request for retrieving my dataone email ID | |||
Dear Sir, I had a BSNL Land Line telephone no.[protected] on my residence with a Broadband connection. While installation of the B/B I was provided with a mail ID: [protected]@dataone.in which was being used by me for long. Lately due to necessity I requested to the BSNL authorities for shifting of the phone to a new adjacent location (opposite House - Rented) during March 2011. The connection was immediately snapped off and subsequently after a vigorous followup it was reinstated at the new location in about a week but to our dismay my above mail ID is not yet reinestated even after a lapse of around 180 days. I am unable to understand the reason as well as the technicality involved in reinstating my mail ID when there has been no change in the Telephone No or the Telephone connecting wire or the DP or anything else except for the change of place of the phone. I have been following up but no action is foreseen. My humble request is firstly my mail ID be reinstated and secondly the person(s) responsible in handing this issue be warned seriously so that the services are rendered properly to the customers and not taken for ransom or else people will lose faith from Govt. bodies.
