BSNL wap — deducting money for no reason

Sir... My no. is [protected]..every one week after, a message like this "thank you for using service, you have been charged Rs. 8 . for more downloads log on wap. handygo. com" from this no. "+[protected]", i have been deducting Rs. 8/- from my mobile balance every time.5 min ago i get this message and take rs 8 fom my account pls unsubscribe this one.. pls help
