We are suffering without bill payment from last 3-4 month's,our cust ID no-[protected],a/c no is [protected],we having a BSNL office at golmaidan Ulahasnagar-3..meanwhile we are going there to ask about all this kind of mistakes than they refuse for handling any kind of complain, BSNL officer's replying us that; ager bill nahi aata hai to aap kud aajaya kero yaha per, bill to barna hi hai na phir bill aaye na aaye kya fark padta hai iss se: As per these kind of statement customer should have to responsible to do our job as well as their job, means they don't need bill amount it's govt liability or govt money. they are not loosing any thing, but in this kind of situation customer suffer by paying penalty, why should i bear this burden on our head without any mistake,due to these reasons like lack of customer service many more people change their land-line with any other preferable product. kindly sort out this kind of in-convenient, do the needfully as soon as possible...thanking you...
