I was issued a new sim card mobile no.[protected] against my landline number 2632752.ON 17 JAN 2011 according to them at the issue time they told this is for 06months validity and subsequently you have to charge every 06 month. But after two three days, ihardly made 2/3 calls from the sim it suddenly shows the message [sim rejected ] I donot why this mesage appeared on my mobile. i was surprised.same day my mobile's incoming & outgoing both is stopped and i call to Mr and asked about the problem, he replied that i have go to sector 34 bsnl office chandigarh along with sim. Then on 29 jan 2011 i went to the office with sim they again took RS 20/ and gave me the another sim. MY SECOND SIM OF PIyari jori is not still free with my land line but that card is not showing previous balance . i reported the thingcustomer care service but still i am without result. i am facing a lot of inconvenience, please help me out.they should do free piyari jodi with each other.why BSNL is not sincer to the customer.MY mob no [protected].

i have taken a sim card of pyari jodi scheme ( no. [protected] ) from umarkhed, dist. yavatmal b.s.n.l office by submitting all document on[protected]. but today[protected] *) yet it is not activated. I also contacted all the person and give my comlaint to officers. but thers is not responce from JTO, JR.ENGG ALSO OF CLERICK. WHAT CAN I DO NOW
i am 65years old. i have o landline[protected] since from last 12 - 14 years. i also paid the regular bill before time. When govt declered scheme of pyari Jodi i take a sim ( No. [protected] ) from b.s.n.l. office umarkhed, dist. yavatmal (M.S.) on[protected]. But till today[protected] it was not activated. About this when i resuested to concerning person as- J.E, Clerck, J.T.O they did not give any response to me. What can i do now.

pyaari jodi offer is not worthy after its initial validity of 6months.
After six month validity when I contacted BSNL office to inquire about further recharge to extend the validity, NO one was aware of it,
Initially they asked to to recharge with Rs 55, but still validity was laps and when contacted again, I have been told that they did Top up and not recharge to increase validity. Now again I have to recharge with Rs50. This was un necessary over head to me due to mistake of BSNL personal. I dont understand why they keep such people there who dont know their product.
I believe, the customer care support of BSNL is worst!!

my pyaryjodi sim card bearing no.[protected] is not working. it becomes meaningless of giving such offer to the public after luring towards the BSNL.We need more Hazare's and Kiran bedis to make our system efficient and purposeful, since the concerned people are least bothered to set things wright. m.krishnan from Jalahalli Bangalore 560015.
i m prachi kashyap..sadly i had taken the service of B.S.N.L pyari jodi scheme...i m really frustrated...nd angry...i was hande wid this dumbo scheme on 5/9/2011(monday) i was really bad luck that day...:(
today my sim is not working messeges are niether coming nor going it is showing that there is no service...but yaa rupees are been deducted after every msg which i send...i then enquire about it to the bsnl cutomer care n results could be found...
the customer care people are fat-hedded...cant pay any solution to this problem...PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU HAVE ANY SOLUTION...i m in great delemma

My no. [protected], part of the pyari jodi scheme has an inbuilt money reduction facility whereby you do not have a chance to rue the fact that you have a brocken connection with your money still lying with BSNL. Get messages like I got today: Dear Subscriber, "You have been charged 2 Rs for BSNL CRBT subscription renewal. Your request was successful." Now, then when did I make that request, can it be traced out?
Rule of the game is never say no to a custormer. If the scheme is bad and it has to be discontinued, play around until time the custormer has the sense enough to quit.

bsnl pyari jodi — new number rejected
I have permanently blocked pyari jodi offer sim. CSC is rejecting to issue new number under the same offer with same landline though customer care saying it is allowed.38%
