I , K Suresh Chandra ([protected])am being charged for jokes which I have not subscribed. Even after sending SMS for UNSUB JOKES I am being charged. Why this looting of customer by the government body.There is no phone no.given for lodging customer complaint for the mobile phones of BSNL

I have already submitted two complaints about the same problem concerning BT-ITIMES making unauthorized charging of mobile currency @ Rs.10/= per week towards subscription of "follo" service hosted by BT-ITIMES, a Times group venture. I have not subscribed to this service at all. How they registered me as the subscriber is intriguing me. They are quite mad to unimaginable level in sending the innumerable SMS on daily basis harassing me. the complaints posted at this site have not yielded any result at all.
