Bulk SMS — after taking @ payment Services closed | |||
dear sir, This is pankaj mehta, On 20 Nov. I purchase 1-lakh (RS-10000) transaction Bulk-sms from sms Valley. and i made payment on 20 Nov.. he start my services 23-24 nov.. Here Is The Payment Receipt-http://photouploads.com/images/smsrecepit.jpg when i ask why you delay then he told me that i was not in town.. i said ok.. no problem.. Plz. Start My Services then he start my services..and when i was using that. first week services is going good but not very Good(On Average) But I found that after @ week his services is not working properly & when I Discuss My Problem With Sms Valley's People Then He Told Me that We will Try To Solve Your Problem.. Again I said .. Ok. No problem Plz. SOlve This Problem.. after @ few Days Again I found same problem Then I decide Go for Refund. And I called Him and Request Him That Plz,.. Refund My Money.. He told me that. I will make your refund Request Then you will get Refund.. i waited one week But a one week is over but no response from that time.. & i called him again.. But No response.. He is Not receving My Call From My No.. & Also send Lot of email but not response... Note: When I used New No.. He Suddenly Recieved My Call & After know i am pankaj he is disconnect.. Plz.. Help Me Out.. daily i was checking my sms Account But Showing Blocked Or COntact Administrator sms services provider but every day i cALLED Him But he is Not Receving My Call & making fool. he closed my accoufrom last 20 days.. he blocked my account.. suddenly i use my mind.. & checked that.. i found that he have more than 10 domain.. and making fool to lot of people in bulk sms bussines.. his domain name- www.smsvalley.co.in Contact-name- My. Itfi Sms — don't purchase anything from this site it's fraud company also many complaints are rise from this company.
I have purchase 2 lac sms @10k the site work fine for 2 days now it's not able to send sms. I try to call them but they are not reciving my phone and also not giving any replay to my email.
