I have also received the same type of agreement / contract letter. I don't beleive in the offer since the package is too high & the visa processing charges.
I am Aamir Irfan and currently residing in Canada. I received the same letter with little variation but the rest is the same from Shell Oil Company Malaysia. Please don't send money to them as they are cheating innocent and jobless people and taking advantage from them. Please circulate this email which might be a big help for others who doesn't know about them.

If the company, its job offers, appointments, are true, real, they are suggested to clerify this complaints openly for everyone or individuals who can clear their doubts and join the company.
