DEAR SIR, IT IS TO INFORM YOU THAT, I HAVE PURCHASED ONE CANON POWER SHOT SX-130,VIDE SL. NO:[protected] FROM ELECTRO SERVICES PVT. LTD, BEJOYDEEP BUILDING, 41,SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI-734401,WEST BENGAL,INDIA, TELEFAX:[protected]/2530649.ON 27TH MAY 2011 VIDE TAX INVOICE NO:ESPL/SLG/11-12/0168. ON 26TH JUNE 2011, WHEN I WANT TO CONNECT MY CAMERA WITH MY LCD, IT HAS BEEN NOTICED THAT THE STEREO AV CABLE, WHICH THEY HAD GIVEN ME WITH MY SET, IS NOT METCHED & I CANT CONNECT MY CAMERA. AFTER THAT, WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE MANNUAL, IT WAS FOUND THAT AS PER MANNUAL, THAT IS “STEREO AV CABLE AVC-DC 400ST” BUT THEY PROVIDE ME AN ORDINARY ONE. ACTUALLY, THEY CHEAT WITH ME OR A CUSTUMER OF CANON. AFTER THAT, I WANT TO CONTACT WITH THEM, BUT NOBODY WILL LIFT THE PHONE. I AM WORKING WITH LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD, & PRESENTLY POSTED AT DHUPGURI, JALPAIGURI DISTRICT. DUE TO THIS DIRECT CONTACT WITH THEM IS NOT POSSIBLE IN QUICK TIME. AFTER THAT, I CONTACT WITH CANON CUSTUMER CARE & THEY ADVICED ME TO WRITE A MAIL IN THE PROVIDING MAIL ID:[protected]@COECIPL.COM. AS A CUSTUMER I FEEL THAT THIS TYPE OF RETAILER SPOIL THE REPUTATION, BUSINESS & CUSTUMER SATISFACTION OF SUCH A COMPANNY LIKE CANON. PL.HELP ME IN THIS REGARD BY ORDERING THEM TO PROVIDE MY AV STEREO CABLE WITH IN In addition to this I also inform you that, the memory card (LEXAR-4GB,MADE IN CHINA ) which they provide me with my camera is corrupted at the time on 07.07.2011 at 11.15 am, when i first time connected it to my PC.ACTULLY WHAT THEY PROVIDE ME IN THE NAME OF CANON, I DONT KNOW. my brother-Vikas Drall ([protected], [protected])ordered a Canon 4-in one printer through starcj.we have got the order but for getting logitech speakers along with the printer as per the scheme, we had to register with canon website.but we faced some problems in the same.also, no time limit for the registration was mentioned to us through any means.even the customer care number ([protected])was not in use, not even today.i got a new number and Mr. Khalid told me that now i can not register for the said speakers.even star cj customer care told me that the abovementioned canon customer care no. is not responding...it has been whole day i am facing problems and nobody is interested enough to entertain me...it will leave me with a negative impression for Canon as well as Starcj...what should i do to get my Logitech speakers...pls let me know at earliest...

i inform you that, i have purchased canon 430ex II wide invoice no 045IN200506 Date.21/01/2013 At canon image square teynampet chennai .
but i, m not satisfaction that model, so kindly replace the flash and i want canon 580 ex flash for my canon 7d camera ...
please kindly to do needful us ..

Mera kuch problem tha camera mai magar jab mai apka dilar ka pass gaya to oh hum logo ki problem thik sa suna tak nahi upar sa hum logo ka sath bohthi bura bartap kiya. Apka dilar ne kaha ka meri camera mai kuch problem nahi hai. Thik hai magar ye bath achi tarikka sa bhi bol sakti thi lakin apka dilar bola ka agar mai pahla sa janta to aap logo ko kabhi camera bachta nahi. Apka dilar ka kaya aisa bartap hai?
