[Resolved]  Car Insurance — Cashless Insurance

Dear Sir

I have insured my car with Reliance.I met with an accident and car got damaged.I have given to Regent AutoMobiles for repairs .The company has told me that reliance co has stopped making cashless repairs and I have to pay the money and then claim later on .I fail to understand at the time of Insurance the polocy was cashless.I will request through you to the co not to charge the money from the already insured customer .In case they have to change the policy they should do it form the new insurance.Thanks

POLICY NUMBER[protected]/07/2009 TO 12/07/2010 CAR NUMBER DL-5C-E 1136 BLK INDIGO CS

UNFORTUNATELY I have INSURED MY CAR WITH reliance it was provided by Sri Nath Ji motors / Tata authorised dealer.
IN TWO YEARS IT WAS MY FIRST CLAIM,

I have given car to SRINATH JI MOTORS SAHIBABAD/GHAZIABAD for repairs .The company has told me that reliance co has stopped making cashless repairs and I have to pay the money and then claim later on . since last year my car is dumped as I don’t have that much money I fail to understand at the time of Insurance the policy was cashless. if they have to change the policy they should do it for the new insurance. I have spoken to CUSTOOMER CARE BUT NO CALL BACK NO HELP
I will request through you to the do not go for RELIENCE EVER THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY PLEASE change it now.

Yes I have faced a similar problem. They has asked me to pay the full amount. Its quite disappointing.
