M/s Caroxy Autohelpline Private Limited,Corporate Office-392,Ist Floor,Sant Nagar,East of Kalash, New Delhi-110065 have offered service vide card no. B-3664 towards ROAD
ASSISTANCE HELP LINE on 14.05.2011. I have the receipt of the payment made by me of Rs.400/- to Mr. Abhay on 14.04.2011. On 26/05/11, 03:05 PM ,call was made on Helpline no.
[protected] for road assistance.No assistance was provided and Helpline Executive has told me that your Name and Car details is not updated in our system and she has also told me that we are not providing any service at Dadri area and refuted that your card is not valid. This is a case of complete fraud and they have cheated me.Therefore it is requested to do the needful in this regard so this type of fraud case should be stoped in future.
