Dear Concern Person,
M/s Caroxy services have offered service vide card no. B3172 towards ROAD ASSISTANCE HELP LINE. On 24/05/11, call was made on Helpline no.[protected] at 09:30 hrs. for road assistance.No assistance was provided till next 02 hrs., however call me back after 02 hrs. from the same helpline no. and refuted that your card is not valid due to non depositing the money by their so called DSA(Direct selling Agent) - Mr. Manish. Also informing me that few hundred cards were stolen from their office. This information received from NISHA, SHWETA & Mr. Gaurav while telecon on helpline [protected]. One sticker no. B-3172 was also issued by their DSA at my residence at Ghaziabad.
