[Resolved]  caste certificate — Non-allotment of Caste Certificate

Dear Sir,
My self Nikhil Gajanan Divate. I have applied for Caste Certificate in the month of July 2009, but till date the Working Staff of Mumbai Setu Kendra has failed to allot the Certificate. Actual allotment date which is given on receipt is 23-August-09. The concern person is not responding well. There is Smt. Bhosle who is always on leave as she suppose to sign the certificate. I and my Dad is Fed up of this Unexpected response. I was not able to secure seat for L.L.B. My one year has been wasted because of the poor quality of work done by the authority members. The madam who allots the certificate is very rude as well as arrogant. She never responds well. Unnecessary holding back of Certificate has affected my education as well as my career.
I kindly ask the high authorities or the person incharge of these responsibilities to look into the matter or else i need to quit my studies. I am awaiting for your great response.
