Awesome service by Cauvery furniture and the sales team.
I cant believe these reviews coz i had a good experience.
I had ordered for a cot worth 20k received in the next 8 days was worth buying and cheapest comparing all the shops.

I fully agree, I had similar experience. You should have taken media to sort out this type from this type of people. They do not give Invoice to their clients. They give quotation on their letter head.

Even I had horrible exprience with this Shop and these guys..Fazal is the person who assisted me for all things..He delivered me the Cot with slight damged..and when I am asking him for get it serviced, every either day..he will make excuses to send his carpenter.
Even I spoken, one person called Mr. Satish (Calls himself Manager), I dont know what kind of managable skills he is having...he dont even know how to speak to customers..
I want to make complaints against them Please suggest me how to procced.

I should have read this . but this is too late for me, the service is very poor and you will have to be back of them to get your things done. I had bought one sofa set costing 21K the time it reached my house I felt something fishy during the delivery then I had to check out with them to get it rectified. I had called them nearly 20 times but they will say will do it right now. Today all that to stop you at that point, but you will have to wait atleast for 10days to make them take your product and visit the shop 20 times. Now I have to do the same excercise as I have to get the product from them after repaired,
This is the case for me happened and still I am waiting to get my sofa repaired buying in a week time so imagine how it could be after 6 months ??????

Seriously I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my cot here. He delivered the cot after 1 month of delay and then made me wait for the side tables. Been more than 3 months now and the side tables have not yet arrived. I have been calling this fazal every day for the past 3 months. He makes all fake promises but still didn`t deliver them. Worst experience in shopping I have had till now. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP. NEVER! NEVER! Now I have to struggle to get the matching side tables. What worries me more is the issue that I might face when there is some repair. Very irresponsible guys.

Dont fell in trap of this FAZAl and AMIL . NEVER !!! NEVRE!!! buy anything from FAZAL

service is horrible. May be 100 times try, u will get chance to get the things to be serviced.

I have purchased BED from Cauvery Furniture, outer ring road, bangalore. Sales person: Fazal. Till date they never delivered the pillows and giving all kind of false promises.

I suggest everyone not to buy from this shop they cheat, disrespect customer.

Fully agree with the reviews here. Horrible experience. We made the mistake of buying a bed from this shop and not did they deliver late but the quality of material used is so poor that the bed is already getting chipped in many places within 1 week of delivery.

The manager (or owner?) called Satish has no respect for customer and is a shameless liar.

they are cheating public taking advance and not delivering in time. it has been 10 days now they lied (fazal lied) to deliver the cot the very next day of payment of advance. every time u call they will tell delivery will be the next day the biggest cheaters in banaswadi furniture shops
fazal is the main culprit and i dont know the owner of cauvery furniture ameen who is behind all this drama.

Even I had a very bad experience with the guy Fazal from Cauvery furniture shop. When he couldnt deliver the goods on time I asked him to pay back the advance and that too he is not giving back. Some serious action should be taken against this furniture shop and this sales rep Fazal. They dont care about customer needs. Very poor service. Can any one tell me the procedure to file a case in consumer court. Even though I can see this much complaints about the furniture shop and the sales rep still they are behaving in the same way with every customer.

I had a very bad experience with this guy HANUMESH, his number is [protected], he behaves very rudely with the customers, i orderd a cot and he said he will be giving by 5th of SEP, when i called him for the status he is shouting at me very badly for asking why it is late, and he is not willing to pay back my advance as well, when booking the cot my sister had given her number this hanumesh started teasing her with some unknown numbers, with some of my friends help i found that is him by his IMEI number. these type of people are not supposed to be entertained, guys HANUMESH IS A BIG CHEATER DONT TRUST THIS GUY, HE SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR CHEATING AND TEASING MY SISTER.

Even i am facing the same problem with the HANUMESH, i brought a sofa 6 months back in cauvery furniture through this huy HANUMESH, he said me 1 yera warranty for sofa for within 3 months termination as been started. i am calling him fast 3 months but there is no response, i am not using the sofa fast 3 months, some serious action to be taken on HANUMESH for giving me false promises DO'T TRUST THIS GUY HE IS A CHEAT, HE IS A FRAUD, BE CAREFUL FRIENDS

I ordered the sofa on Sept 1st and the Guy Hanumesh delivered ontime. But the sofa is not in good condition. There was mismatch in height of sofa chairs. I'm following them up with 4 days, they are telling only tomorrow's, they are not comming and fixing it. Pls provide the owners contact number.

I fully agree Amen is a bigggg cheater and Cavery furniture is CHEAT company ...
I purchased sofa which the Cauvery furniture sold it as teak. Even within few weeks the teak wood (!!!) sofa showed cracks and got broken. Teak wood got broken. I then complained to Amen the owner of this shop. Even after several weeks of follow-up they didn't respond for even repairing. Frustrating. Never go to this cheat guy ...

I purchased a cot for 20K. Initially they told delivery is free. At the time of delivery they are asking for lifting charges Rs.500/-. Hanumesh the so called Manager informed the net price is Rs.20K but they didn't issued any invoice and asking additional charges for Invoice. The cot quality is not good and now I observed cracks and noise on the cot. PLEASE DONT VISIT CAUVERY FURNITURE IN BANGALORE. ALL BRANCHES UNDER THE SAME MANAGEMENT. My colleague purchased Godrej Cot at Marathalli for 30K which is similar to mine. Its very good quality and service is good.

Hanumesh is biggg FRAUD

even me also facing d problem from dis guy HANUMESH.i order d sofa cuple f months ago.he take order from me.one weak take for d delivery.after one weak i cald him.he started drama with me.its not a ready..every day stuppid felo givin me falls promises.i asked give d manager number.he told am the manager in the shop..no responcibility, they dnt care abot custumers.what ever itz tooo late for me..after 15days i got d sofa...i never never go to this shop.

These people provide used items and be careful when you buy next time.
