Dear Sirs,

Enjoy the Quality,_________is the finest the sweet coated letters used by your company,
as in the beginning i am very eager to go for your company product. But once procured the vehicle, i have lost my happiness, and peace.

My vehicle was good, once given to service, then i have lost the charm, its become like a a junk product, the pick up of the vehicle has come down the petrol per litre consumption has come down to 45 kms., being such, after this service,the pick has come to the extent, the vehicle was not going to more than 30 kms, there is no option left to me, again I took my vehicle to your service center, as i am already not comfortable with the staff you are servicing my vehicle, in the previous instant itself, in front of me they are handling my vehicle so roughly, as it was like a junk product, they are abusing the vehicle like anything.
To do the service, it just takes the maximum of 2 to 3 hours, whereas they took a entire day to service my vehicle, though i have been at the centre at 4 pm, my vehicle was ready they have not delivered my vehicle, in the meantime one stout and heavy service person happily sitting on my vehicle with the centre stand fixed, this is the way how safe and sound they will treat with customer vehicles., this i have seen in the first instant.

Since there is no other means to rectify my vehicle, at outside, since my vehicle is under warranty ( purchased on 28.07.10, so far done 3752 KMs ) for poor pick up, again i took
my vehicle to your service centre.

I have given for rectification of my vehicle on 28.12.2010 in the morning, they said they will check and rectify the repairs,at free of cost, but to my surprise at around 2.30 pm they have called me over phone and told me that,the clutch has gone bad, need replacement,and chargable for the spares and labour cost and more over they said they do not have stock of clutch spares for my bike.. as i was very much annoyed to hear this type of answer from your service centre, as i told them to pls return my vehicle as it is, since, I took a day off today to rectify my vehicle, again i cannot take next day as off to my work.

Again, at around 2.35, to my surprise, again i got the call from the same person, that the spare stock of clutch plates are available, we will refix the plates and deliver the vehicle today evening itself before 5.00 pm.

When, i reached your service centre at 4.00 pm, though my vehicle was repaired parked in the delivery lot, they have not informed me, at around 5.30, when i voluntered and asked about my vehicle, at that time then they are making arrangement for billing it., in the meantime as usual, the same tall and fat fellow merrily sitting in my vehicle with the centre stand fixed.

I am very ashamed to inform to you of your staff 's callous and mean behaviour. I believe, its the people ( staff 's / employees /labours ) who will build your company's reputation and goodwill.

I never expect of such people / person's are employed by your company.

Now, it the very high time, I expect and demand the following answers to my questions.

Do you really requires a full of 6 to 8 hours to service the vehicle.

Though the vehicle is serviced, why we have to wait for till 5 / 5.30 pm.

Don't you keep a sufficient stocks in your stores, a just clutch plates is not availabe for Shine vehicles?
How come all of a sudden, when i have demanded my vehicle to be returned without repairs, the clutch plates was available within just 5 minutes.

1. I doubt,how far this clutch plates are genuine ? OR inferior local make clutch plates is being purchased from grey market and fixed in my vehicle.

2. And how long this clutch plate will work in my bike ?

Assume that, when you will wear my shoes won't you bother to ask all this questions.

AND FINALLY, I would like to know from the HONDA 2 wheeler company is very proud of giving quality to consumers.

Whether your company product that is, the Clutch Plates will work for just 3752 KMS only,Is this mark of the quality being offered and embeded in your shine bike.

1. What is the remedy for me, if the clutch plates again fails ?.

2. Why your service centre has charged me for the spares and labour cost., though the vehicle is under warranty.

3. The company has pay or reimburse me the cost, which i have paid under protest to repair the vehicle which is under warranty ? ( Pls refer the invoice no 142026 dated 28.12.10 of city Honda )

Needless to say that, I was using the HERO HONDA Splendor vehicle for the past 20 years.

I expect a favourable reply, at the earliest and warranty for the repairs undertaken and cost incurred. as well as the future warranty to my vehicle.. which will enable me not to put you under any task in other forums and to end up in giving message to the public.

Dear sir,

Sub: Please advise me what i have to do for my Honda Shine byke -Reg

With reference to the above subject i would like to informing you that this is K.VASUDEVARAO from visakhapatnam i purchased HONDA SHINE (DRUM )On[protected] FSC NO: 449261 from JUIPITER HONDA SCOOTERS SHOW ROOM, Dabagardens Visakhapatnam. Andhrapradesh, india
after 05 months I.e., on[protected] my byke got back side jockers problem. when iam doubted for this problem. One fineday afternoon at 1200 hrs. i brought my byke to honda service centre. then there consult supervisor said your bike is having back wheel right side jocker have replace, i[censored] leave ur bike hear, we will replce the part and we will rectified the problem, but it will take 2days. (OR) i[censored] give ur byke tommorow morning hrs we will ur bike within before evening of the same day.
then i agreed and feel happy then waiting for the call from service centre. time is became evening 6 'o clock but nobody called me by phone. then i called to service cenre but nobody wont lift the phone. i went to service centre there that supervisor said this issue is belongs to under warrenty. so we have to take permission form company through mail. we sent mail we have to wait for their agree.

then i leave my byke in service centre . next day i called to service centre for status of my byke, there is no result, then again next day evening i went to service centre at the afternoon we got theire agree. but we dont have that shine bike jockers stock.

then i said i am taking my byke now. when that spare part came to u just call me, i will bring my bike. they said u give the required spare part detail in our spare parts division then they will call u. then i went to spares devision and i gave my details. that spares part division supervisor said we will call u!


iam waiting for there call, after one month 13days i called they said u bring ur bike we have stock. then i went immediatly, to service centre. there spare parts divison supervisor came and checked my byke colour, that is grey colour then he told me, we have grey colour byke jockers, no problem we have stock. u handover to hear we will replace the part . i said ok.
then i went for handovering my bike there is customer relations manager he said ur bike will rectified but u have to wait for two days, igot very angree about this irresponsible employees i told my full story of my byke problem but after liten my problem then also he saying neglectly, he is trying to escape from my problem. but so much orgument then agreed to give my byke after 5 hrs.
in the same day evening around 5:30 pm hrs i got call from honda service centre. we have the stock of black colour jocker we will replacing that u pay the jockers cost. I sudenly suprised for his talking.
then i directly went to the who is the customer rellations manager he replyed for this issue this is my supervisor fault, he is mistakenly said to u.

he said we will confirmly arrange the required jocker for ur bike with in next servicing o[censored]r byke.

but iam feel very bad of your service. afetr 15 days i bring my byke for servicing, now also same reason no stock. the customer relation manager transferd to another branch. so far my your persons didnt call for my replace the jocker in the same.

Now i got another problem that is, my byke self starter is not working, that part also no stock in your service centers,


Please kindly answer /advise me for my below questions

* when my problem will rectified?

* why your not providing spare parts to service centeres?

* why are you makng bikes with these type of failure parts ?

* why are u recruiting like this empoyees in your service centeres?

AND FINALLY, I would like to know from the HONDA 2 wheeler company is very proud of giving quality to consumers. please keep your faith, and goodwill in consumers.

i am runnning so long for the service and i have made an order for the filter , and i have made lot of time service from dev honda siwan they didn,t satisfied me and made more difficult problem in shocker mention detail of invoices no

i have been charged 396 Rs.and when i made a call in Your head Office NO- +[protected]+[protected] they receive my call and put in hold for long them made call disconnect.
I am highly dis-satisfiled from your service and i am going to loudge a consumer case against you and your local body dev honda i have all the profe against you. Do urgent action else you will be resposible for it
