I sibu ( sibanand ), currently working at client site of C.B.Online Pvt.Ltd., i think you people are from jungle ( forest area).Every IT company charging security deposit for the retaintion of employee because Bond system already removed from indian law.If you know good english other than hindi then go through the website and call them.If you want to know about existance then go to " Company affairs of india " website, put the company name & check about registration number, then you can know about company.Don't be tribal.Opportunity comes once, as such in recession, there is no job but these people are taking people.
Yaar as i know they are providing, linux platform & exhaustive Web affiliates program.They are really going great.Future will be bright.Even in raipur most of the emplyees are before trained as IT manager for your kind information.I gather these information.C.B.Online Pvt.Ltd. registered under maharastra govt., two to three branches in mumbai, i have seen two in Navi Mumbai.in a big complex in Kharghar, Navi mumbai, another one near by Reliance knowledge city.

Myself Sumant Jena, B-Tech(CSE). I joined in C.B. Online pvt ltd as IT-Manager(Trainee). I have completed 1 month training. From the beginning i have some doubts about this company But now i m sure it's a good company for me in this recession period. I cant say that it is the better or best.
It provides IT-Manager (Trainee), IT-Executive(Trainee) and i-phone s/w developer(Trainee) for 3 months. After completion of training period C.B. Online posts IT-Manager and IT-Executive in his company.
For i-phone s/w developer C.B. Online provides only training. C.B. Online has some reference companies. After completion of i-phone s/w developer training, you again face interview.
