[Resolved] cdc global services — complain against the employer

hi my name is faheed...i am working with cdc global services...this is a fraud company...they make all the employees work for 15 extra days...still the salary is not on time...and the tl named jaymin matyia he dopes in the office premises...they dont give salary on time and abuses the agents...the tl jaymin is very arogant and he evn teases girls...he touches them here and there and then make them resign or terminate them...plzzz help me i am in very big trouble...plzzzz... One of the worst company they filled for my H1B and they still have not paid me back. They always keep saying the US market is bad and I need to wait for 6 months. later they told me to come without salary and if I can get my own project that would be the best, .. all hope they refund my money they took for the H1B... please avoid this company, no one from HR to answer questions...
