This is my sincere attempt to make fellow job seeking youngsters and bposters aware of cheaters who can play with your carrers. This is also a attempt to warn everybody around how so called big mnc's cheat. And how innocent people fall to big words like "listed company" "nasdaq listed" etc.
Friends BE AWARE !! CDC GLOBLA SERVICSES is a big big cheater company.
IT started ops in Pune in Aug 2009 and in Nov 2009 they removed 250 employees and in Jan they removed another 120 employees without a single faulkt of any employee.
The SDM India(Nilesh Kenge) was a hole and was only interested in girls and booze. The irony is SDM Global (Sameer Sayed) was a bigger hole than him and was also inteserted in same things. When these complaints were escalated forward we realized that the biggest irony was yet to come. The MD India(Shrikant Parab) was even more bigger hole than the earlier two. All womanizers, pretenders and fraud. All are same and above all together.
Guys if anybody wants to rite a book on”how not to run opearations?????”
Take inspiration from these people.
Not a single salary was on time during the tenure. There were strikes, abuses, undeserving babes getting promoted just because they slept in bed, no facilities and on top of that loads of attitude and false promises.
I Would also like to mention that few guys were really very good but whats the use as they were not descision makers. Because of these few guys we had hope and we stayed on for almost 7-8 months in such unethical compamy.
Because of someone elses mistakes, whims and habits the entire operation got shut down.400 people jobless and hundreds others depending on them shattered. Fortunately I guess every body got immediate jobs after that. But these cheats still there and still not releasing some pending full and final settlements and salaries. Now I hear they are starting again so warning new jobseekers not to fall in sweet talk of HR(Another big lier as his size).
If someone tried to raise voice against injustice then he/she were terminated on the spot. Hirings and firings were done in such manner that no one can believe.
I donot want anything from that company..not even my pending salary but now I feel satisfied that i raised my voice against injustidce.
