Sir I have a prepaid connection since last 5 years, My mobile number is[protected]. Initially i was in general plan. After some period of time i shifted to Life time plan. Again I shifted to Mega super plan. That mega super plan expired from 21 Dec 09. Before 21 Dec 09, I enquired customer care that i wish to change to one second billing. They told, after 21 Dec 09 you will be changed to General plan. At that time if you recharge for Rs 45/-, then automatically you will be availing one second billing. By accepting this after 21 Dec 09 i recharged to Rs 45/-. Still i didn't get one second billing. Today again i asked customer care that yet I didn't avail one second billing. they told your validity expired and you have to recharge for Rs 280/-. My account increased. But yet i didn't avail one second billing.
If i ask the customer care, there is no proper response. Even for this complaint, if there is no response definitely i will disconnect this prepaid connection, and i will look after for some other service. Thank you.
