sir i applied for my pension scheme certificate on june 2010 till today i not received. Now i came to know that my files are missing from ur office now i am in dubai.

I, Vipul Parikh, was working with M/S Rubamin Pharmaceuticals, vadodara from 2007 to 2010.At that time my PF no. was GJ/BRD/20987/1641.After words this unit was taken over by M/S Lupin limited in year 2007.The name of the establishment was first changed to M/S Novodigm ltd. upto 2009 & than changed to M/S Lupin limited from 2010 onwards. So in between this period, by mistake the company has opened second PF account on my name, A/C is GJ/BRD/20987/1441.Now when I submit the details on your web for account balance for the same it is giving a message of mismatch the detail.

Presently, I am working with M/S Hikal limited since March-2011.And my current PF A/C is SR/BRH/0030738/000/0000250.So now I want to transfer the above two accounts to my present account, Is it possible? I am attaching herewith the xerox copies of 3A return for your referance.Pl. advice. My contact no is [protected]

After words this unit was taken over by M/S Lupin limited in year Sept 2007. The name of the establishment was first changed to M/S Novodigm ltd.(subsidiary of M/S Lupin) upto 2009 & than changed to M/S Lupin limited from 2010 onwards. So in between this period, by mistake the company has opened second PF account on my name, A/C is GJ/BRD/20987/1447. I have left M/S Lupin limited in Jan-2011.

Now when I submitted the details on your web for account balance for the A/C no GJ/BRD/20987/1447, it is giving a message of mismatch the detail. So I have a doubt that my PF is not deposited to PF office for the period of 2009 onwards.

Presently, I am working with M/S Hikal limited since March-2011. Nobody is responding to this matter from M/S Lupin limited since last one & half year. I am attaching herewith the scan copies of 3A return for your reference for all years. Also they are not giving any PF slip to me for year 2008 to 2011.

Also M/S Lupin has not filed a return for the month of April, May, June 2010 as shown in 3A return form of year 2010 -11 of scan copy. It is a lapse in statutory compliance.

Sir, I humbly request you to intervene in this matter & issue a notice to M/S Lupin limited, vadodara to take corrective action immediately
